Songtrust unveils new logo and brand identity at its first-ever summit


A new brand image revealed at the very first summit

Global Publishing Administration, SONGTRUST, unveiled a new logo and branding system to match the company’s tenth anniversary celebration. It was revealed to attendees of the first SONGTRUST SUMMIT, a one-day virtual conference exclusive to SONGTRUST customers, held on OCTOBER 15. The new SONGTRUST icon, a graphic representation of the letter S formed by two musical notes, emphasizes that music is at the heart of the company’s work. The new wordmark and typography are bolder, evoking not only SONGTRUST’s commitment to accessibility, as the new font is easier to read for people with visual limitations, but also the confidence with which she discusses her work and her position in the industry.

SONGTRUST Pres. MOLLY NEUMAN said, “We have decided to unveil our new logo and brand new look at our SONGTRUST SUMMIT events for our customers because they are at the heart of what we do. Like the Summit, our new design system represents our commitment to educate, empower and serve music rights holders. We are proud that it is more engaging and inviting, and that it welcomes songwriters and the teams who work with them, at all career levels, to understand their rights and how to manage them.

SOMGTRUST SUMMIT offered sessions such as: “Maximize Your Collection of Royalties for Producers”, “Determine Shares and Use Separate Sheets” and “Digital Marketing for Independent Musicians”, the SONGTRUST summit aimed at providing its attendees , whatever their career stage, with actionable information they could immediately apply for their job.
