Austin is no stranger to public criticism for her parenting choices, including recently giving her daughter a bath in the sink and push her in a stroller.

In September, Austin criticism addressed she received a video which she shared on TikTok and instagram where she was getting ready for a fashion show as Chanel took a bath in the sink.

In the clip, Chanel sat in the deep sink while looking at her tablet before attending the event with her mother. Some reviewers felt that Chanel was too old to bathe in the sink, while others thought it was a good idea if parents had a suitable sink for their child.

“Wow just Wow! Here we go again! Giving my little girl a bath in the sink went viral? SMH!” the frustrated mom wrote in a tweetlink to an article on the controversy.

Acknowledging that she’s an “unconventional mother,” Austin argued that fans should already know what kind of parent she is.

“People, you should know by now that I’m an unconventional mom. I do what works and it’s easier for me,” she added. “Some people may want to take advice rather than yell at me!” »

speaking on View last fall, Ice-T explained that he was unaware of people’s opinions on how he and Coco related to Chanel.

“Rule number one on the internet: don’t pay attention to what anyone says on the internet,” Ice-T said.

“Be concerned about people who approach you and say things in your real life. These are the people you should be concerned about,” he continued. “The internet is the world. It’s the world talking, so I don’t pay attention to it.”
